StockPilot AI is operated by Ortiz Venture Holdings LLC. This policy explains how StockPilot AI handles information in the iOS app.

Information We Collect

StockPilot AI may process app settings, watchlists, alerts, portfolio entries entered by the user, subscription status, device diagnostics needed to operate the app, and support messages sent by the user. The app does not require account registration in the current iOS build.

Market Data and AI Services

When configured, StockPilot AI connects to production market data and AI analysis services to return stock search results, quotes, market news, portfolio context, and educational AI analysis. StockPilot AI does not fabricate market data or AI results for production users.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and may be synchronized through RevenueCat for entitlement management. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not collected by StockPilot AI.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and are used for user-enabled stock alerts and app updates. Users can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate subscriptions, market data, AI analysis, support, security, and app functionality.

StockPilot AI provides educational market intelligence only. It is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial planner. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice or guarantees investment performance.
